In China, piling construction is widely used in villages and towns because new rural construction and the bad impact of the earthquake, such as Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei and so on. At present the most widely used piling machinery are simple drilling auger with long arm mounting on second-hand excavator, or one simple low cost homemade chassis, meeting the need of rural construction. With the scale expansion of village and town construction, the low efficiency of simple drilling auger and low performance drilling rig can’t meet the needs of the village market.

Compared with simple drilling rig, TYSIM KR36/KR50 rotary drilling rig has the following advantages :

First, TYSIM uses domestic factory’s driver head, which is power and reliable. 42000Nm torque can still drill small pile diameter. It also solves the problem of simple drill rig’s driver oil tube burst.

Second, KR36/KR50 can put 100% add pressure to the ground, so it can realize high efficiency construction of strong weathering hardness. But the simple drilling rig can only worked in soft formation.

Third, after modification, the second-hand excavator chassis with 5000-6000 working hours can still ensure the reliability of the whole machine.

For example, the Fujian customer has 20 units excavator in his business peak. After the reducing demand of the excavator market, this customer needs to sell these excavators urgently. After cooperated with TYSIM for the modified rotary drilling rig, it can create the second valve of these excavators.

As a more than 25 tons excavator, TYSIM considered the working device as a removable suite, using fast disassembly technology, realizing the big value-added. In October, TYSIM KR50 will be assemble in Indonesia. This means KR50 rotary drilling rig has successful entry into the Southeast Asian market.

In 2015, TYSIM also modified Australia’s 21t excavator into rotary drilling rig.
